The use case mapped analytical concepts to specific data sources. Achievement and achievement-gap analysis draw on school SIS and student performance data; progress can incorporate district technology-usage statistics and test results; challenge-point analysis can combine school performance information with GADoE annual data and school initiative tracking; performance flags and star ratings use school and GADoE-published performance information.
Responsible AI considerations were built into the use-case design. The framework addressed fairness, reliability and safety, transparency, privacy and security, accountability, and inclusion.
Planned testing for discrepancies across identified groups, including use of Fairlearn where applicable.
Source-data quality assurance, end-user training and resilience planning for source-system maintenance or interruptions.
Traceability of consumed data elements, documented communication of model limitations and channels for stakeholder feedback.
Role-based access control through Azure Active Directory, approved permissions by stakeholder group, and Azure firewall/security layers.
Joint review by AANSEACORE and OEA, performance governance, continuous data-quality inspection and instructor-led/train-the-trainer enablement.
With the use case successfully completed, the primary value is a reusable analytics capability that centralizes CCRPI-related information and makes it easier for education leaders to move from raw data to interpretable insights. Instead of relying on manual consolidation alone, stakeholders can consume structured dashboards and reports tailored to their decision-making needs.
The completed solution establishes a foundation that can be extended with additional indicators, data sources and stakeholder-specific views.
